3. Ordering Process & Payment Workflow

2. Booking Deposit: Upon mutual acceptance of the quote, a partial advance deposit is required to confirm the booking and reserve the scheduled service date.

6. Service Modifications & Cancellations

• Cancellations: In the event of client-requested cancellations, refund eligibility for advance deposits depends on the timing of the notice provided prior to the scheduled service date, accounting for committed setup preparation and scheduling allocations.
