Description
Suitable Scene and Atmosphere
This package is suitable for secondary-school or university graduation celebrations, family graduation dinners or small class parties, for 15–50 guests. The atmosphere is fresh and ceremonial but not heavy: blue and silver balloon structures form the visual main line, paired with the graduation year and a short blessing, suitable for quick photos and multiple guests taking turns.
What the Setup Includes
It includes one balloon backdrop wall (balloon chains with local metallic balloon accents), year-number or letter ornaments, floor guidance decoration for the photo area, tabletop setup for a signature table or gift table, and an entrance sign. Optional additions include a set of handheld photo props. Balloon-wall dimensions are adjusted to wall width.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm wall width, clear height and standing distance for photos, then determine the horizontal span and height of the balloon wall and the presentation method for the year numbers. Number/letter pieces are prepared according to final content, and handheld props are proportioned to guest number. Installation begins after the placement plan is confirmed.
Price and Process
The cost range is €450–€1,100, depending on balloon-wall area and prop quantity. After the plan is confirmed, a deposit starts preparation of balloons and custom pieces; after the event ends, the backdrop wall is dismantled and counted, the balance is settled.
