Suitable Scene and Atmosphere
This package is suitable for Christmas Eve family dinners, friend Christmas dinners or small gatherings, for 8–18 guests, in a dining-room long-table area or dining space beside an open kitchen. The atmosphere is warm with a strong pine-wood feel: pine branches run through the table and candlelight is layered, emphasising the sense of enclosure and aroma when seated.
What the Setup Includes
It includes a pine-branch band and low candleholder groups running along the long table, table runners and napkin colour matching, place cards and menu cards, reinforced head-position floral vessels, and a small pine-branch accent on the sideboard or windowsill. Optional additions include small pine-branch bundles on chair backs. Pine branches are cut to table length, and candleholder quantity is proportioned to guest number and table width.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm table length, guest number and whether open flame is permitted at the venue (open-flame or electronic candles available), then determine pine-branch band density and place-card content. The freshness window of the pine branches after processing must match the event date. Installation begins after the table layout plan is confirmed.
Price and Process
The overall cost ranges from €480–€1,050, varying with table length, pine-branch quantity and candleholder quantity. After the plan is confirmed, a deposit starts preparation of pine branches and printed items; after the dinner ends, the table is cleared and candleholders and returned items are counted, the balance is settled.
