This package is suitable for a wedding ceremony entrance, vow backdrop or welcome photo area, for 30–120 guests. The atmosphere uses natural materials and low-saturation florals, emphasising the framing effect when people stand within it: the arch does not pursue excessive floral density but forms a frame through branch direction and fabric drape.
What the Setup Includes
It includes on-site construction of one floral arch (or curved backdrop frame) with floral fixing, floral groups on both sides at ground level, a welcome sign (fabric or wooden base with custom text), and path guidance from the entrance to the arch (petals or small standing signs). Floral materials mainly use seasonal branches, foliage and durable main flowers, with fabrics matched to the venue’s colour tone.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm the venue entrance width, arch placement position and light direction, as well as the welcome-sign text. Arch dimensions are adjusted according to passage height and shooting distance, and the welcome sign is prepared according to the final wording. Production begins after the floral colour palette and fabric colours are confirmed.
Price and Process
The cost range is €1,800–€4,500, depending on arch size, floral quantity and welcome-sign specification. After the plan is confirmed, a deposit is paid for floral reservation and structural preparation; after the ceremony ends, the arch is dismantled and returned items are counted, the balance is settled.
