This package is suitable for adult or teenager birthday dinners, afternoon tea or small dinners, for 8–20 guests, in a home dining room, a small rented private room or a garden table. The atmosphere is light and focused on the table: floral arrangements and balloons form a visual centre on the table and seating area without large wall alterations.
What the Setup Includes
It includes a full-length birthday table runner, a main-position floral vessel and scattered small floral vessels, floor-standing balloon groups or tabletop balloon columns, chair-back decorations (ribbons or small bouquets), and one movable photo backdrop board sized to the venue. Optional additions include fabric or paper lettering pieces with a name or age number. Floral elements use seasonal branches and durable flowers to reduce the chance of wilting during the event.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm table dimensions, main-position location and the available wall or open area for the photo zone. Balloon-group height and backdrop-board dimensions are adjusted according to venue clear height and passage width, and name/number pieces are prepared according to final spelling and typeface. Installation begins after the sketch is confirmed.
Price and Process
The price range is €380–€850, with the main variables being floral quantity, balloon-group scale and backdrop-board size. After the plan is confirmed, a 50% deposit is paid; after setup is completed on the day and confirmed by the client, the balance is settled.
