Suitable Scene and Atmosphere
This package is suitable for a family graduation celebration dinner or small gathering of relatives and friends, for 6–15 guests, in a home dining room or a small reserved private room. The atmosphere is warm and commemorative but not extravagant: tabletop setup and one small backdrop dominate, emphasising the family ritual of “completing a stage”.
What the Setup Includes
It includes a tablecloth and runner for a long or round table, custom ornaments with the graduation year/name, a centrepiece floral vessel and candleholders, a commemorative small item for each seat (paper or fabric), and one small backdrop (photo-ready drape with text). Optional additions include message cards or a small photo-frame display. Text pieces are prepared according to the graduate’s name and year.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm table type, guest number and available backdrop position, then determine the layout of the year/name pieces and the quantity of tabletop small items. Backdrop text is prepared according to the final blessing. Installation begins after family participation (such as message cards) is confirmed.
Price and Process
The overall cost ranges from €280–€600, varying with table type, custom text pieces and backdrop dimensions. After the plan is confirmed, a 50% deposit is paid; after dinner ends, the table is cleared and small items are counted, the balance is settled.
