This package is suitable for a small-venue New Year party, bar event or community countdown gathering, for 30–80 guests, requiring one countdown wall that can serve as a focal point and a low stage or main performance area. The atmosphere has energy but does not rely on large production: the countdown wall carries the visual focus, and the stage area uses lighting and a simple backdrop.
What the Setup Includes
It includes a countdown main wall (number installation/fabric letters with metallic background), backdrop and edge decoration for the low stage or main area, guided lighting at the venue entrance, New Year-themed tabletop setup for the bar or drinks area, and scattered light sources in the standing area. The number installation is designed as a version that can be changed during the countdown segment.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm main-wall width, stage/main-area dimensions, countdown operation method and power locations, then determine the number-installation change method and backdrop material. Entrance lighting leaves clear space according to fire-passage requirements. Installation begins after the countdown operation flow is confirmed.
Price and Process
The price range is €900–€2,200, with the main variables being main-wall area, number-installation complexity and stage-area scale. After the plan is confirmed, a deposit starts preparation of the main wall and number pieces; after the event ends, dismantling is completed and counting is done, the balance is settled.
