This package is suitable for a dinner or celebration after a company annual meeting, for 80–250 guests, in a hotel ballroom, conference centre or large rented venue. The atmosphere must balance “conference continuity” and “celebration transition”: the stage backdrop carries brand information, while the entrance and passage carry the emotional switch; the two are unified in style but different in function.
What the Setup Includes
It includes a main stage backdrop (fabric/truss with text or graphic display), themed hanging and light guidance in the entrance passage, a backdrop board for the check-in or photo area, uniform table runners and centrepieces for banquet tables, and zone identification signs. Text/graphic pieces are prepared according to the client-provided annual theme or slogan. Stage backdrop dimensions are adjusted to the proscenium width.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm stage dimensions, entrance passage length, table count and zone-sign requirements, then determine the layout and material of the main backdrop. Text/graphic pieces are prepared according to the final confirmed file, and passage lighting is planned according to venue power conditions. Installation begins after separate sketches for the stage and entrance are confirmed.
Price and Process
The overall cost ranges from €3,500–€8,500, with the main variables being stage backdrop area, table count and entrance passage scale. After the plan is confirmed, a 50% deposit starts backdrop production and text-piece preparation; after the event ends, dismantling is completed and no omissions are confirmed, the balance is settled.
