Description
Suitable Scene and Atmosphere
This package is suited to Christmas gatherings held in a living room or small private space, for 8–15 guests in a seated dinner or drinks format. The overall atmosphere is warm, low-lit and soft in texture, creating a winter home feeling through warm white light sources and layered fabrics rather than large-scale structural decoration.
What the Setup Includes
The package includes a fabric wall hanging or soft backdrop for the main living room wall, a full-length table runner with a candleholder set, replacement cushions and throws for the sofa area, delivery and display of a 1.5–1.8 m pre-decorated Christmas tree, and warm-light string routing for the entryway and passage. Floral elements use pine branches, dried fruits and cinnamon bundles rather than large quantities of fresh flowers, making dismantling and restoring the room easier after the event.
Custom Preparation and Communication
Before ordering, you first request a quotation. A consultation and assessment then confirms the living room dimensions, permitted wall-fixing methods, existing furniture tones and guest number. Based on this information, the runner length, tree height and string-light quantity are adjusted, and a simple placement sketch is provided for the space. All fabric items and string-light components are prepared according to the final confirmed plan and installed on site according to the sketch.
Price and Process
The overall cost ranges from €480–€850, depending on space size and Christmas tree height. After the plan is confirmed, a 50% deposit secures the date and component preparation; after setup is completed on the event day and accepted by the client, the remaining balance is settled.
