Suitable Scene and Atmosphere
This package is suitable for Christmas-themed display in a small shop, studio or studio open day, with no fixed guest number and mainly flowing visitors. The atmosphere is warm and encourages — visitors are guided inward, and the display table supports showing items and conversation; the setup does not block merchandise or works.
What the Setup Includes
It includes warm string lights and small hanging ornaments in the entrance passage, a table runner and centrepiece for one main display table, a fabric backdrop and small floral arrangement for the shop window or main wall, printed price/information cards, and floor stickers or standing signs for passage guidance. Optional additions include tabletop setup for a hot-drinks station. Text information cards are prepared according to client-provided content.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm passage width, display-table dimensions, shop-window/main-wall area and the information content to be displayed. String-light routing avoids merchandise display areas, and information cards are prepared according to final wording. Installation begins after sightlines and merchandise visibility are confirmed.
Price and Process
The cost range is €380–€820, depending on passage length, display-table count and information-card set quantity. After the plan is confirmed, a deposit is paid; after the open day ends, dismantling is completed and returned items are counted, the balance is settled.
