This package is suitable for family gatherings welcoming a newborn, gender-reveal events or gatherings with relatives and friends, for 10–25 guests, usually in a living room, sunroom or small rented space. The atmosphere is soft and low-saturation: cream, light wood and misty tones dominate, emphasising the intimacy of round-table seating and a local backdrop suitable for photos.
What the Setup Includes
It includes a round-table tablecloth and centrepiece (low floral vessels or balloon groups), a soft-colour fabric backdrop with letter or graphic ornaments on the main wall, tabletop setup for a dessert table or gift table, light chair-back decoration, and a welcome sign at the entrance. Optional additions include take-away tabletop items. All text-based ornaments are prepared according to client-provided content.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm round-table diameter, available main-wall area and colour preference, then determine backdrop fabric dimensions, centrepiece height and text content. Letter/graphic pieces are prepared according to the final layout, and floral materials are proportioned to the soft palette. Installation begins after the sketch is confirmed.
Price and Process
The price range is €350–€780, with the main variables being round-table count, backdrop fabric size and custom text pieces. After the plan is confirmed, a 50% deposit is paid; after the event ends, the setup is removed and returned items are confirmed, the balance is settled.
