Suitable Scene and Atmosphere
This package is suitable for family Halloween gatherings, small studio parties or themed nights in rented spaces, for 10–30 guests. The atmosphere is dark, low-saturation and candlelit, using deep-toned fabrics, aged-texture elements and local spotlighting instead of large bright decoration, suitable for adult gatherings that wish to keep a restrained tone.
What the Setup Includes
It includes a candlelit path at the entryway (electronic candleholders and dark gauze), one dark-toned backdrop in the main hall (dark drapery and hanging dry branches), dark table runners and vintage candleholder sets on tables, and locally hanging dark paper or fabric ornaments. Optional additions include local spotlighting for a photo area and scattered floor ornaments. All light sources are electronic candles, with no open flame involved.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm the space’s incoming light level, wall colours and permitted hanging points, then determine the width of the dark backdrop and the length of the candlelit path. Hanging items and table runners are prepared according to final dimensions, and dry branches are cut to length according to the required form. Installation begins after the placement plan is confirmed.
Price and Process
The cost range is €420–€980, depending on entryway length and main-hall backdrop area. After the plan is confirmed, a deposit is paid to prepare fabrics, candleholders and hanging items; after setup is completed on the event day and confirmed by the client, the balance is settled.
