Description
Suitable Scene and Atmosphere
This package is suitable for a New Year gathering in a family living room or small apartment, for 8–20 guests, where space is limited and the core need is to create a countdown focal point without occupying a large activity area. The atmosphere is warm, intimate and handcrafted, mainly using local light sources and changeable number pieces.
What the Setup Includes
It includes a countdown mini scene on the TV wall or main wall (number cards/fabric letters with metallic balloon accents), a table runner and candleholder group on the coffee table or side table, a small amount of hanging decoration at the entrance or window area, and a tabletop standing sign with the year number. Optional additions include handheld small props for photos. All fixings are damage-free and suitable for rented apartments.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm available main-wall width, number presentation method and fixing restrictions (whether adhesion is permitted), then determine mini-scene dimensions and balloon accent quantity. Number and year pieces are prepared according to final content. Installation begins after the damage-free fixing plan is confirmed.
Price and Process
The price range is €260–€560, depending on main-wall mini-scene size and custom-piece quantity. After the plan is confirmed, a deposit is paid; after the event ends, decoration is removed and no wall residue is confirmed, the balance is settled.
