Suitable Scene and Atmosphere
This package is suitable for a wedding dinner, engagement dinner or anniversary celebration in long-table dining format, for 20–60 guests, in a restaurant long-table area, wine cellar or rented banquet space. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, centred on the table: candlelight is one of the main light sources, and floral height is kept below eye level so conversation across the long table is not blocked.
What the Setup Includes
It includes continuous long-table runners and continuous florals (low vessels or branch bands), multiple candleholder groups with electronic or wax candles selected according to venue rules, place cards and menu cards, reinforced head-position floral vessels, and guidance decoration at the entrance or pre-dinner area. Optional additions include chair-back floral decoration. Floral materials are proportioned by colour palette and season, and candleholder quantity is calculated by table length.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm table length, venue flame rules, place-card information and floral colour palette. The candleholder plan is determined according to venue requirements (open flame or electronic), and place cards and menu cards are prepared according to the final guest list and menu. Installation begins after the table layout plan is confirmed.
Price and Process
The cost range is €1,600–€4,200, depending on table count, floral density and candleholder quantity. After the plan is confirmed, a deposit is paid for floral reservation and printed-item preparation; after the dinner ends, tables are cleared and candleholders and returned floral vessels are counted, the balance is settled.
