Suitable Scene and Atmosphere
This package is intended for small or mid-sized team Christmas dinners or department-level celebrations, suitable for restaurant private rooms, company multipurpose halls or small rented venues, with 20–60 guests. The atmosphere is formal but not overly serious: a continuous long-table layout, warm gold and deep green as the main tones, with emphasis on table layering and seating experience.
What the Setup Includes
It includes continuous table runners, uniform candleholders and low floral vessels that do not block sightlines across the table, printed place cards and menu cards, a fabric hanging or curved lettering installation for the main wall backdrop, and guided lighting from the entrance to the head table. Optional additions include chair-back decorations or chair-cover changes. Floral elements mainly use pine, eucalyptus and winter berries, proportioned according to the number of tables.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and provide the venue floor plan and table count. After consultation and assessment, the total runner length, number of floral vessels and main-wall dimensions are confirmed. Place cards and menu cards are prepared individually according to the names and menu information provided by the client, and the main-wall lettering installation is prepared according to the final layout text. Production begins only after the layout is confirmed.
Price and Process
Pricing combines per-table and overall project calculation, with an overall range of €1,200–€3,200 for 20–60 guests. After the plan is confirmed, a deposit starts preparation of printed items and the main-wall installation; after the event ends, on-site dismantling is completed and no omissions are confirmed, the balance is settled.
