This package is suitable for an Easter brunch in an outdoor garden or terrace, for 10–30 guests, used when weather conditions permit. The atmosphere is light, natural and spring-like: continuous long-table arrangements and the garden’s existing vegetation form the background, and the setup supplements colour and table layering rather than competing with natural light.
What the Setup Includes
It includes outdoor long-table tablecloths and runners, spring floral vessels and branches, egg and spring small-item displays, light chair-back decoration, guidance decoration at the entrance or garden path, and one photo backdrop (willow-branch curtain or light fabric drape). Optional additions include an independent setup for a children’s activity table. Outdoor fabrics and fixings are reinforced according to wind conditions.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm garden long-table count, wind conditions, ground-fixing methods and available photo-backdrop position. Fabric reinforcement is adjusted to on-site conditions, and eggs and tabletop items are prepared according to guest number. Installation begins after a weather backup plan (indoor or semi-sheltered area) is confirmed.
Price and Process
The overall cost ranges from €420–€900, varying with table count and outdoor reinforcement requirements. After the plan is confirmed, a 50% deposit is paid; after setup is completed on the event day and fixing stability is confirmed, the balance is settled.
