Description
Suitable Scene and Atmosphere
This package is suitable for private New Year gatherings, bar buyouts or small-venue countdown events, for 15–50 guests. The atmosphere uses a dark base with metallic sheen and emphasises visual guidance toward midnight: a countdown number installation, metallic balloon groups and low-illumination light sources form the focal point without relying on a large stage.
What the Setup Includes
It includes one countdown backdrop wall (number cards or a changeable number installation), metallic balloon chains and floor-standing balloon groups, metallic table runners and candleholders for the bar or drinks area, hanging metallic sequin curtains, and a year-number standing sign at the entrance. Optional additions include scattered metallic table pieces and a photo-area sign.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation, then confirm the venue wall width, the presentation method for the countdown numbers (card face, illuminated letters or fabric letters) and the total length of balloon groups. Year numbers and countdown cards are prepared according to the final confirmed typeface and dimensions, and balloon chains are planned in sections according to venue height to avoid blocking sightlines or entrances and exits.
Price and Process
The price range is €650–€1,500, with the main variables being backdrop wall size and total balloon-chain length. After the plan is confirmed, a 50% deposit is paid; after all setup is completed on the event day and confirmed by the client, the balance is settled.
