Suitable Scene and Atmosphere
This package is suitable for the dessert/drinks focus area of a Halloween party, for 15–40 guests, and can be embedded in a family party, school event or small-venue activity. The atmosphere is dark but appetising: deep tablecloths and metal/vintage vessels set off dessert colours, and local low-illumination light creates layering without being so gloomy that taking food becomes difficult.
What the Setup Includes
It includes a full-length tablecloth and runner for the dessert table, decorative display of multi-tier stands or trays, dark floral or dry-branch accents, tabletop standing signs and category labels, a small backdrop scene (dark drape with hanging ornaments), and supplementary lighting for the serving area. Optional additions include decorative surrounds for drinks buckets or cups. Labels are prepared according to client-provided category names.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm dessert-table dimensions, stand quantity, available backdrop wall and categories to be labelled, then determine drape dimensions and label content. Stands and trays are matched to tabletop dimensions, and supplementary lighting is adjusted to venue power. Installation begins after the serving circulation is confirmed.
Price and Process
The price range is €320–€700, depending on tabletop scale, stand quantity and backdrop-scene size. After the plan is confirmed, a deposit is paid; after the event ends, the table is cleared and vessels and returned items are counted, the balance is settled.
