This package is suitable for company summer gatherings, team outings or client appreciation garden events, for 30–100 guests, in an outdoor garden, terrace or semi-open courtyard. The atmosphere is bright and relaxed, with shade fabrics, continuous long-table arrangements and low floral arrangements, emphasising smooth circulation and comfort for standing conversation.
What the Setup Includes
It includes continuous long-table runners and tabletop floral vessel groups, shade fabric or umbrella matching, decorative surrounds for the bar/drinks area, entrance guidance and zone identification signs, routing of ground or hanging string lights, and one photo backdrop. Optional additions include tabletop decoration for standing high tables.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm venue area, power locations, shade requirements and table count corresponding to guest number. String-light routing is planned according to permitted fixing points, and signs are prepared according to zone functions. Installation begins after the placement plan and power plan are confirmed.
Price and Process
The overall cost ranges from €1,500–€4,200, depending on table count, shade fabric area and total string-light length. After the plan is confirmed, a deposit is paid; after setup is completed on the event day, power checks are done and the client confirms, the balance is settled.
