This package is suitable for the entrance first-impression area of a company Christmas dinner, client reception or department gathering, for 30–150 guests. The atmosphere is warm but guiding: the entrance should clearly signal that the event has begun while also serving check-in, cloakroom or welcome functions, so the setup focuses on the passage, check-in desk and photo point.
What the Setup Includes
It includes warm string lights and hanging ornaments in the entrance passage, tabletop setup and a small backdrop scene for the check-in desk, display pieces for the company mark or event theme text, one quick photo backdrop, and path guidance toward the main venue. Optional additions include tabletop decoration for a hot-drinks station or snack table. Text display pieces are prepared according to the client-provided name or theme.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm entrance width, check-in desk size, direction of the main venue and available fixing points. Text display pieces are prepared according to final content and dimensions, and passage string lights leave clear height according to fire-passage requirements. Installation begins after the circulation plan is confirmed.
Price and Process
The overall cost ranges from €680–€1,600, depending on passage length, check-in desk scale and text-display dimensions. After the plan is confirmed, a 50% deposit is paid; after the entrance area setup is completed on the event day and confirmed, the balance is settled.
