This package is suitable for summer evening terrace gatherings, small brand receptions or friend cocktail events, for 20–50 guests, mainly for standing conversation. The atmosphere is light and urban: emphasis is placed on tabletop layering for high tables, local lighting from string or standing lights, and bar-area decoration, without a large seated area.
What the Setup Includes
It includes tabletop decoration for high tables (small candleholders, single-stem floral vessels or fabric runners), surrounds or countertop setup for the bar/drinks area, string-light routing on terrace railings or walls, entrance guidance and drinks-menu display signs, and one small photo backdrop. Optional additions include decorative surrounds for floor-standing ashtrays or waste bins.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm terrace area, high-table count, power locations and permitted railing fixing points, then determine string-light routing and bar setup. Drinks-menu display signs are prepared according to final content. Installation begins after power and fixing plans are confirmed.
Price and Process
The cost range is €580–€1,400, varying with high-table count, string-light length and bar scale. After the plan is confirmed, a deposit is paid; after setup is completed on the event day and light sources and fixings are confirmed, the balance is settled.
