This package is suitable for a themed birthday party for children aged 4–10, for 8–16 children plus accompanying adults, in a home, children’s activity room or rented parent-child space. The atmosphere is lively with concentrated colours, but the setup is limited to the table and one photo corner to avoid excessive hanging items affecting children’s movement.
What the Setup Includes
It includes a birthday tablecloth and runner in the theme colours, a tabletop centrepiece (theme-shaped balloons or paper pieces), a simple place-setting ornament for each seat, a photo-corner backdrop and floor guidance decoration, and a themed welcome sign at the entrance. Optional additions include small take-away theme items. All decorative items are firmly fixed to avoid small parts falling off.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm child number, table dimensions, theme preference and available photo-corner position, then determine theme shapes and colour palette. Place-setting items are prepared according to guest number, and backdrop fabric dimensions are adjusted to the wall or open area. Installation begins after fixing methods and part stability are confirmed.
Price and Process
The overall cost ranges from €350–€780, varying with guest number, theme-shape complexity and photo-corner scale. After the plan is confirmed, a 50% deposit is paid; after the event ends, decoration is removed and small items are counted, the balance is settled.
