This package is suitable for an anniversary celebration, family commemoration or small outdoor reception in a garden, for 15–40 guests. The atmosphere is natural and relaxed with an evening warm-light feel: the garden’s existing vegetation serves as the base, and florals and string lights act as a “supplementary layer” rather than a covering layer, emphasising that the outdoor space’s original breathing room is not destroyed.
What the Setup Includes
It includes tablecloths and floral groups for long tables or scattered tables, string-light routing between garden trees or railings, a small floral scene at the entrance or ceremony point, light chair-back decoration, a photo backdrop (using existing vegetation plus local florals), and tabletop setup for the drinks area. String lights use cables suited to outdoor conditions, and floral materials mainly use seasonal branches and durable varieties.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm garden area, tree/railing fixing points, power distance and table count corresponding to guest number, then determine total string-light length and number of floral groups. Fixing methods avoid damaging bark or railings, and the power plan is arranged for outdoor conditions. Installation begins after the evening light effect is confirmed.
Price and Process
The overall cost ranges from €1,100–€2,600, depending on total string-light length, number of floral groups and tabletop quantity. After the plan is confirmed, a 50% deposit is paid; after the event ends, dismantling is completed and fixing points are confirmed undamaged, the balance is settled.
