This package is suitable for a company team summer outdoor BBQ or picnic-style gathering, for 20–60 guests, in a garden, terrace or outdoor area where BBQ is permitted. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, with setup divided into dining area, BBQ operation area and rest area, emphasising serving circulation and shade.
What the Setup Includes
It includes countertop decoration and tool-storage prompts for the BBQ operation area, tablecloths and tabletop centrepieces for dining long tables, shade fabric or umbrellas, cushions and low-table decoration for the rest area, category signs, and entrance guidance. Optional additions include decorative surrounds for drinks buckets or waste bins. All fabrics and fixings are reinforced according to outdoor wind conditions.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm outdoor area, BBQ position, shade requirements and number of zones, then determine fabric reinforcement methods and sign content. A clear separation is kept between the dining area and operation area. Installation begins after circulation and reinforcement plans are confirmed.
Price and Process
The price range is €850–€2,200, depending on table count for the guest number, shade area and zone scale. After the plan is confirmed, a 50% deposit is paid; after the event ends, dismantling is completed and returned items are counted, the balance is settled.
