Description
Suitable Scene and Atmosphere
This package is suitable for a family celebration or gathering with relatives and friends after a gender-reveal ceremony, for 10–25 guests, usually in a living room, sunroom or small venue. The atmosphere is soft with a sense of suspense: blue and pink coexist before the reveal, and after the reveal the visual focus shifts through adjustable decorative pieces without large-scale dismantling.
What the Setup Includes
It includes a blue-pink dual-colour table runner and centrepiece for the main table, a reveal backdrop (coverable/convertible drape or balloon group), tabletop setup for a dessert or drinks table, dual-colour small chair-back decorations, and a reveal display piece (openable box or flip-board). Optional additions include a photo-area sign. The conversion piece is arranged in a form that can be operated quickly during the event flow.
Custom Preparation and Communication
First request a quotation and confirm tabletop dimensions, reveal method (box/balloon/board) and conversion steps, then determine the blue-pink ratio and backdrop dimensions. The display piece is prepared according to the final reveal method. Installation begins after the conversion flow is confirmed not to cause confusion.
Price and Process
The cost range is €350–€750, depending on the complexity of the reveal display piece, tabletop scale and backdrop dimensions. After the plan is confirmed, a deposit starts preparation of dual-colour pieces and the display piece; after the event ends, dismantling and counting are completed, the balance is settled.
